Now a separate sub-project of Avida, the Mac OS Viewer project aims to build a production quality graphical user interface for Avida. The viewer will support both the full Avida research platform, as well as the Avida-ED educational interface for teaching evolution.
The project is just beginning and is heavily dependent upon the simultaneous viewer-core library project in Avida proper. However, we are actively seeking volunteers to join the project. Stay tuned for future updates on how to contribute.
